This film tells about the King of Qin Country, Eisei, successfully suppressing his younger brother's rebellion. He has ascended the throne and has the goal of unifying China, but is threatened by assassins who enter the royal palace at night. Thanks to Shin and Karyoten rushing towards the royal palace, the assassin was repelled. However, it becomes clear that someone is planning to kill Eisei. While there was still some uncertainty, Negawa Wei who was a neighboring enemy, started attacking and crossing the border. Shin then joins his first battle as a soldier.
