รายการเรียลลิตี้เอาชีวิตรอด “ไซเรน: เปิดไซเรนพิชิตเกาะร้าง (Siren: Survive the Island)” ที่รวมผู้เข้าแข่งขันหญิงแกร่งทั้งหมด 24 ชีวิต จาก 6 สายอาชีพ ทั้งนักกีฬา สตั้นต์ บอดี้การ์ด ทหาร นักดับเพลิง และตำรวจ โดยแบ่งเป็นกลุ่มๆ ละ 4 คน ทุกคนอาศัยอยู่รวมกันบนเกาะร้าง เป็นเวลา 7 วัน ทุกวันจะมีการทำสงครามอารีนา (สนามประลองหลัก) และสงครามฐานวันละหนึ่งครั้ง เป็นการประลองพละกำลัง ผู้ชนะในสนามอารีนาจะได้สิทธิพิเศษนำไปใช้ในสงครามฐาน เมื่อเสียง SIREN ไซเรนดังขึ้นนั่นคือสัญญาณของสงครามฐาน ในสงครามฐานแต่ละทีมต้องทำการยึดธงที่ซ่อนอยู่ในบ้านพักของทีมอื่น ทีมไหนที่ถูกยึดธงจะหมดสิทธิในการเข้าแข่งขันและถูกคัดออกทันที ใครยึดฐานสุดท้ายได้จะเป็นผู้ชนะ
