ภาพยนต์สยองขวัญระทึกขวัญ เรื่องราวของสองสาวที่จอดพักรถอยู่ข้างทางในค่ำคืนวันฮาโลวีน แล้วดันไปพบเจอกับไอ้ตัวตลกโรคจิเข้าให้ นึกว่าเป็นคนทั่วไปที่แต่งชุดนี้ขำๆ พวกนางเลยเกิดอารมณ์ปากดี ดันไปแซวหยอกล้อกับมันสะงั้น โดยที่ไม่รู้เลยว่าหายนะกำลังจะตามมาเยือน เพราะมันคือตัวตลกโหดโรคจิตจริงๆ นะสิ ไม่ใช่คนทั่วไปที่มาแต่งชุดเล่น และไอ้ตัวตลกตัวนี้มันก็ไม่ขำด้วย มันพร้อมตามเกาะติดสองสาวนี้ไปทุกที่ทุกหนทุกแห่ง และท้ายที่สุดของมัน คือการจะจับสองสาวนี้มาฆ่าและเชือดให้ตายอย่างทรมานนั่นเอง

Follow two girls for Halloween on their way home from a party. The two decided they needed food to help them stay sane. And then, less than fifteen minutes later, Art the clown showed up, finding the clown following along, attracting the girls with their wild smiles and strange behavior, before the owner intervened and the character. The comedy starts a killing spree with the pizza shop owner going full of blood and bystanders who are brutally drawn into the massacre!
